Vital Records Information

Contact: Jessica Raven ([email protected])

  • Once domesticated, please send the certified copy of the Judgment directly to Jessica Raven in advance of the birth, including payment of $15 for a certified birth certificate ($6.00 for each additional certified copy).
  • If the Judgment is not obtained prior to birth, then an additional $60 for the amendment process will need to be paid. The $60 would include one certified birth certificate ($6.00 for each additional certified copy).
  • Please also provide Jessica with the name of the delivery hospital.  Jessica will contact the hospital and notify them of the upcoming birth.

Judgments: When filing PE case in CA, request two additional certified judgments as Maine VR and the Maine court doing domestication will keep the certified copies they are sent

Birth Certificates: Should be issued within a few days of the birth
